Requirements

Wi‑Fi infrastructure, user identification and service billing system.

Technical solution

  • Ruckus Wireless equipment (Wi‑Fi 802.11ac standard).
  • Hotel-branded Connectum HSMX user identification and room-number-based access control system, with SMS in public areas and a choice of a standard connection at basic speed (included in the room rate) or a premium higher-speed connection for an additional fee.

Connectum’s scope of work

  • Network design.
  • Supply and installation of Wi‑Fi equipment.
  • Configuration of the Connectum HSMX user identification and billing system with optional paid upgrades (integration with Opera PMS).
  • 24/7 user support.
